Fabric Length

A quick update with where I'm at with my project and creating my final collection...
I've begun printing at a much bigger scale now which is really exciting, my first final piece (1/3 of my final collection) is 50cmx200cm which is the same measurements as my final wallpapers. For my exhibition I will be hanging my final collection of three paper lengths and three fabric lengths up together. I also now have my exhibition dates now - 2nd June until the 9th June at Cleveland College of Art and Design.
Here is a image of my first fabric length (50cmx200cm),
I'm really happy with how my first digitally printed fabric length turned out and I'm so excited to get the rest printed. Hopefully my updates for this project will be much more regular soon...

Digitally Printed Fabric

Not the best quality photo but I haven't posted in a couple of weeks so I thought I'd do a quick post on what I've been up to recently...

Above is some of my digitally printed fabric samples I had printed this week, I really love this digital method of printing because its so quick and the detail of my drawings has come through really well, along with the vibrancy of the colours in these prints, I'm really happy with them! Over the next couple of weeks I should hopefully be printing meter lengths of my prints on to fabric which I'm so excited about and will post photos of! I will also be printing more wallpaper paper lengths and possibly creating a paper mural which I'm so excited about too.
